Xiaolin Tong, PhD
Chairman & President
Dr. Tong is a Caltech Ph.D., research fellow, and entrepreneur in optoelectronics. As co-founder and head of Celerity Technologies, he has led R&D in optical devices, signal processing, and fiber link enhancements. With 20+ patents, 10+ publications, and top industry awards, Dr. Tong continues to drive innovation and excellence within the optical field.
Steve Yao, PhD
Chief Scientist
Dr. Yao is an IEEE and Optica Fellow, he is a leader in photonics and polarization. He founded General Photonics (acquired by Luna Innovations), creating award-winning fiber optic products like the squeeze & turn controller. He also co-founded OEWaves and invented the Opto-Electronic Oscillator. With a Ph.D. from USC, he holds 100+ publications, over 100 patents, and 12,000+ citations.
Daniel Rao
Vice President of Strategic Supply Chain
A veteran in fiber optics industry, Daniel Rao spent the last 15 years in developing the Industrial 4.0 system in advanced manufacturing. Daniel hold both a bachelor and a master degree in Optical Engineering.
